The Parish Council would like residents to complete and return the traffic survey included in the September edition of the Crier. Copies of the survey can also be downloaded from this website (under Consultations) or an online version, the link for which can be found under 'LInks' For a considerable amount of time the Parish Council has expressed its concerns regarding various areas of the village where there needs to be improvements to the environment to make it safer. Members have therefore decided to consult residents and obtain views regarding either problems with the current situation or things that work well, as well as suggestions on how the management of traffic can be improved in the village. The aim of the Traffic Management Plan is to incorporate all positive and negative aspects of mobilising within and around the village of Curdworth - to include pedestrians, cyclists, animals and vehicles, taking into accounts the views of residents and businesses. The Parish Council intend to use the feedback to produce a Draft Traffic Management Plan to forward to the relevant Councils and organisations who may be able to assist us in making improvements around the village. We would therefore be grateful if you could complete and return this consultation document by 15th October 2012 : • by posting your completed form to Curdworth Parish Council, 47 St Pauls Crescent, Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 1BB (a copy is also available to download from the Parish Council website ; www.curdworth-pc.org.uk) • by posting your form in the box situated in the foyer of Curdworth Village Hall • by completing the survey online by visiting www.surveymonkey.com/s/Q5JHFWS – a link to this is also available from the Parish Council website. |
